The nurse and Dr were so friendly, helpful, and comforting with my father. They treated my family great! What a pleasant experience and we would highly recommend the facility to anyone for fast efficient care!
So disappointed. Been a patient here since this office opened before it was Reliance. Stayed because I like Nurse Perlik, but the service has been steadily decreasing. Went today at 8:40 being they open at 8:30. Sign says they are NOT seeing walk ins at all and dr. won't see anyone except for 9 to 12. What is the point of being a walk in if you dont see walk ins???
Five Starts, no doubt!!! I've been a patient here in the past 2 years and I'm very happy that I found this place. Anna Perlik is absolutely great provider, very thorough, caring and helpful at all time. The staff is amazing, they always take care of my problems and helped finding specialist the same day I asked. But what I like the most is that I only had to pay the office visit copay for urgent care visit when I got sick and I was able to avoid high ER/urgent care charges! I definitely recommend this office to all who needs Primary and Urgent care in one stop shop, plus they have X Rays and Lab on site, very convenient.
Called to see if doctor Perlik or Dennis were in and was told Dr. Perlik was. Told receptionist that I would be over shortly. Hours of operation for this day were 8 to 7pm. Arrived 2:25 pm, at clinic & was told they were not taking anymore patients without an appointment. I would have made an appointment when I called earlier if I had know they weren't taking any walk ins after a certain hour. I should have been told this on the phone. I have been to this clinic before & this is the very first time that I was treated as if they didn't care. Am very disappointed with the way I was treated & the attitude of the associate at the front desk. I went to another facility down the road. This will be my now to go clinic if needed.
The office always gets me in quickly and the providers take there time and really listen to my concerns/issues. Nursing staff very pleasant and professional.
