I have absolutely no personal issues with anyone in the office, the Nurse/tech, the one who gives the shots, is amazing. I have issues of them closing down the office the time of my appointment for Dr. Stern to give service to one of her employees and lock the doors so I am late for my job. I switched onto a birth control so I get a shot every three months, I made the appointment three months ago, I was never confirmed for my appointment. The staff is incompetent, and Dr. Stern doesn't see the issue.
The entire team at Dr. Stern's office is wonderful. She takes the time to get to know and listen to her patients needs. At her practice, you're not just a number in the appointment book.
Doctor Stern is the best doctor I have had. She really cares about her patients. I highly recommend her.
