The absolute best animal hospital. They do it all and consistently do it very well. I recently found out that Dr. Tullio is the sole owner. I thought True Care Vet was a national company. Dr. Tullio definitely created something very special with his hospital, True Care Vet. The name defines how he approaches everything and what is even better is that his staff genuinely adopts this approach. It is refreshing to find an animal hospital that really truly cares about pets and their families and also happens to accomplish amazing things. Dr. Tullio, his other doctors and staff have been both genuine and fair with all of their advise and treatments. Dr. Tullio always finds the most amazing doctors and never settles for anything less. After my Yorky's life was literally saved and Dr. Tullio attributed her miraculous turnaround to not only his hospital's treatments and surgery but also all of my family's prayers, I just hugged him and cried. I had promised myself I would tell everyone and I have. I am finally writing a review. I wish I had done it early, they deserve a million plus great reviews. My little girl is still doing great and I would do it all again with True Care.
I love bringing my Rico here. The staff is always accommodating and super friendly. No one likes taking their pet to the vet, its rarely for a good reason. Everyone at True Care has made me feel that my dog is getting the best care possible. I live 40 mins away, and it is WELL worth the drive.
Great staff here and very clean facility. I like knowing I can leave my dog there over night and he won’t just be shoved into a room without staff giving him attention. The dr was very nice explaining everything to me and the receptionist made me feel like family. Highly recommend!
The most clean and professional Animal Hospital my family and friends have ever seen. I brought my niece and her husband just to see the place, while I was taking my baby dog "Maggie" for her annual shots. The Doctor showed all of us around the entire hospital which is enormous, well organized and spotless. They have separate areas for everything, keeping their patients safe and healthy one of the pet nurses mentioned. We were lucky enough to view their surgery suite thorough a wall size window, for a couple minutes. One of their veterinarians was performing surgery with two other assistants. It looked just like an episode of ER everyone being scrubbed in with gowns, masks, hats. Every person that I have spoken to, whom has actually visited True Care, has been immediately impressed and has continued to use True Care for all of their pets needs.
The first time I went here it was under bad circumstances. I have to say my cat and I were taken immediately and treated with the most care and respect. We had never been to this vet before but at the Time they were only ones open. They took us in like we were family. Did everything they possibly could for us unfortunately my baby girl is no longer with me. But bc of that one visit I will use them for my next animal when I decide to be blessed with another. Thank you to all of the staff for all the kindness love and expertise they showed..
