The staff turnover is high. I stopped by and checked to see if my friend, Teresa was working at the front desk and found out Dr. Karan fired her because she did not give enough notice of her brother dying to attend his funeral. She talks badly about the parents behind the scenes and she has a new assistant and front desk receptionist every few months. I wouldn't recommend this office.
Have you ever heard of a kid that loves going to the Dentist? Well, I don't have one child, I have three, and they all LOVE going to the Dentist. Words cannot express how amazing Dr. Karan and her staff are. They are super caring and patient.
She was my kids dentist when she was working at a Jersey City Dental Office. I love the way she treated my kids and the attention she had with the parents. I was so sad when I find out she wasn’t there anymore. I would like to go to her new practice office but its a long drive.
Dr. Karan and her staff deserve more than 5 stars! This is truly an amazing practice, with amazing people. My two girls (ages 4&5) idolize Dr. Karan, and my 4 year old wishes to grow up to be just like her! We had a dental emergency when my daughter was 2, and was so happy we were with this practice to help reassure me as a mom, and my daughter while she came for visits while she healed. I would never go anywhere else!
This practice is outstanding! Warm and inviting from the start and go out of their way to make your child feel comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful experience
Dr. Karan greets the children when they come and talks to them which makes them feel like they are visiting a friend, not a Dentist. Because of Dr. Karan, my kids refuse to eat sticky candies and have given up lollipops. If Dr. Karan doesn't approve, they don't want it.
