If I could leave no stars I would... the girls at the desk are so nice & that is about the only good thing this gym has to offer. In less than a year I have had 8 different personal trainers & no results. The trainers are constantly cancelling and quitting. I have not had a session since April..it is now July & I am continuing to pay for it with the agreement to receive the services I am paying for which I am not receiving those services. I went into this location 2 weeks ago to speak to them about cancelling because I am beyond frustrated. They told me they would get back to me as soon as possible. Since then I have reached out to daily asking what is going on & it has been day after day of no reply. This is the most unprofessional gym I have ever been a member of. As of 2 weeks ago I have TWENTY NINE UNUSED PT SESSIONS in 8 months... you do the math. Want something fixed? Good luck getting any of the unprofessional staff to answer you. This place robs you of your money any way they possibly can. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!
Gym is ran very poorly. The management is horrible and the manager Heather is a joke. Has absolutely no respect for members or the gym. She creates little puppets promising them the world and "assistant manager positions" creating entitlement. Especially for "ASSISTANT MANAGER" Georgia what a joke. Worse piss ass attitude anyine can have. Treats other workers and trainers poorly. On top of these tight relationships between the staff or should i say managers against other employees and members which blows my mind, the equipment never works spin bikes broken for months, pec deck down for 6 weeks, calf machine broken every other week , cables all jammed up, smith machine sticks for over a year i can keep going on and on. Bathrooms have mold , dust everywhere floors dirty what a disgusting place. Try to talk to "management" about this it goes no where because "ASSISTANT MANAGER AND GENERAL MANAGER "are in a relationship seems like conflict of interest and positions are not worked as they should be because there are personal relationships attached. If i owned or ran a gym it would be about staff amd members not just my pay check. Good news is even though this Gym sucks LA Fitness is openning September 2017 and Golds Gym which is in operation for many years are both 1-2 miles away. They will lose over 1/2 their members. Dont settle for this place it will be closing soon and it flat out sucks.
They claimed that I didn't cancel my membership and I know as a fact I did. Plus I was on the phone with the lady and she was absolutely rude too me they charged my card for 5 months on a debit card that I didn't have anymore and now they ruined my credit score I'm absolutely disappointed In what they have too offer at this gym go too LA Fitness it's so much better this gym is a absolute joke I hope they shut down ask everyone who use too go to this gym LA Fitness is a whole lot better and respectful. So basically I payed 161 dollars a month for nothing.
Ridiculous cancellation policy requiring coming in in person or sending certified letter. To suggest this policy protects customers is insulting, it simply allows the gym to continue charging people for services they no longer wish to pay for because it is so ridiculously inconvenient. It is a really low-rent policy to try to squeeze an extra couple of months out of customers who no longer want the service. There is no legitimate reason for refusing to cancel a membership over the phone.
