I had the worst experience here, the employees there are obnoxious the dressing room lady and one of the cashiers were horrific!!! She accused my boyfriend for fraud because it said my name on the card and not his. She kept making nasty looks and saying stuff under her breath. I never had a more horrible experience In my life. I will NOT be back and I will share this with my community to neither go there.
I have to say, I have had the most appalling retail experience of my life in this store. Today, I was leaving the bathroom with my double stroller (FYI for mothers: NO diaper changing station in the bathrooms). Someone had opened the door and it banged into my stroller. It was actually so loud it scared me to the point I exclaimed, "Jesus!" The person who had opened the door offered their form of an "apology", but it honestly sounded like an excuse. "Well, I'm sorry, but there's no windows on the door, it's not like I knew you were there." Maybe if she had said she was so sorry and asked if my kids were ok, I'd have felt better. Instead, annoyed, by her tone, I told her, "Well, you still rammed the door into my daughter, so I was just surprised." She then FLIPPED OUT. And, I mean FLIPPED. She started screaming at me, "I APOLOGIZED, WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME? YOU CAN'T JUST ACCEPT MY APOLOGY? I SAID I WAS SORRY!!" She was SCREAMING at me. So, I said, "You sound sorry." Then she just kept screaming at me about apologizing and how it isn't good enough for me. That's when I saw her lanyard. She must've noticed my face, because she picked up her name tag and shoved it in my face and said, "MY NAME IS _____ GO AHEAD AND REPORT ME! I APOLOGIZED AND IT WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH FOR YOU, SO REPORT ME!!" She was so in my face, I was certain she would've punched me or shoved me if I wasn't significantly younger than her. So, I did report her. And, the manager had the audacity to say to me there are obviously two sides to every story, and she'll speak with her. Um, if you're an employee in a store screaming at a customer and getting in their face, there is no other side. People should behave themselves at work, or not work with the public. I will not be shopping there again, as I don't know if this lunatic will be working there. It's hours later and I'm still shaking writing this.
Love this place! It's always a surprise what I'll find on each visit. Great stuff.
The checkout was super fast but that is where the positives end. Store was a mess. I understand they are busy but the condition of the store was unacceptable. People shopping at this location were also nasty; grumpy and just unpleasant. Overall a bad experience.
