Bed, Bath & Beyond is a Great store to purchase household items. Whatever you need, it's there. If not, a customer service rep will gladly order it for you with free shipping to your home. I recently purchased a shower curtain and wanted the bath towels to match. Unfortunately they were out of stock. A customer service rep placed the order for me, and I received the towels three days later. The coupons are great for saving money!!!!

I placed an order for online pick up. Where are you were supposed to be able to go to customer service and just pick up your item in a timely manner. But customer service was also ringing out regular shoppers. I had to stand on a 20 minute line. I do not understand the purpose of ordering online to speed up the process of shopping if I still have to wait that long. And when I finally got to the desk the customer service associate was rude.
