My wife used Mr. Good lube on Saturday. She was treated very well, the staff was courteous, had her out quickly, and were able to change a burned out taillight bulb, which I did not know they did. The price was right, and we definitely recommend them.
My husband and I had two equally unacceptable experiences here - They somehow managed to crack my windshield then claimed it was "already there" in their book of prior damage that they brought over to me.
As for my husband; a week after his "oil change" his check engine light came on and after looking under the hood, noticed that he had no oil! They hadn't even filled his oil when we paid for that service! Never going here again, and I'd suggest you not either.
Horrible customer service. The "technicians" look and act like the kids that failed high school auto shop. Do yourself and your car a favor and have a regular mechanic change your oil. Avoid Mr. Good Lube in Howell, NJ.
Awful service. I went for an oil change and my car was perfectly fine; the next day my check engine light came on as well as my "change oil" light. When I went back they advised me there was nothing they could do and that I still had oil in my car. They weren't helpful at all and kept saying "it's not our fault". Will never go to them again nor will I ever recommend them.
If I could give this place no stars I would’ve easily. I walked inside after parking my car for an oil change and talked to the girl at front desk. She didn’t acknowledge me until I said hello and gave me an attitude about parking my car around the back, so I did. I went inside after parking my car in the back, no one was at the desk. I waited 20 minutes and yet no one acknowledged my existence, so I got up and went back in my car to leave. As soon as I opened my car door there was a car parked behind mine in line who just drove around me to move the car into their garage even though my car has been there for 20 minutes waiting. I will never go here ever again for anything, poor service and rude employees.
