After the interior was done, my grill still had dead bugs all over it, my rear view mirror wasn’t done, and neither were my cup holders.
I asked for “The Best” interior and exterior. Apparently you have to make sure the guy at the kiosk gives you the correct receipt before he puts it on your dashboard for you. After waiting around and watching my car sit there, a worker told me it was finished. Then someone proceeded to explain that the best int/ext is “$10 more than what I paid”, which I already knew because that is what I ordered in the first place.
Good car wash that I've been going to since I got my car (I go a few times a month) if there is any problems with the way the car was washed the guys fix it asap, without any problems. My issue is more with management. I took my car to get washed and I decided to do the interior that day and my name tag that was in the cup holder & was missing by the time I got my car back, not the end of the world but I still wanted it found. I told the gentleman outside and they looked, and had me leave my name & number if it was found (which I was okay with) but the elder woman behind the counter was so RUDE. When the man tried to explain to her why I was leaving my name & number, she got defensive blaming ME. Which was crazy because like I've said I've been coming here for 3 years never had any issues, it probably fell out while they were cleaning. I thought this woman was unprofessional the way she tried to stare me down and make me uncomfortable in the facility. The gentleman that was cleaning my car was very apologetic, and like I said it wasn't a big deal, I just wanted to be contacted if it was found. I've always recommend this car wash, but I was shocked about the unprofessional mismanagement by this elder woman.
Just had my car detailed And it came out brand new!!! All scratches were buffed out and interior came out spectacular. I have 3 boys and boy do they make a mess so I brought my car to Ricky at Garden State Car Wash in Howell and I would recommend everyone to go to him and his crew. Ricky is very Knowledgeable and kind and always works with you and your schedule. I will definitely go back and refer all of my friends.
Brought my car in today for an oil change and wash. Since I basically live in my car it gets pretty dirty. This was the first time I used Garden State Car Wash and was shocked to find my car looking like I just picked it up at time of purchase! You guys are awesome and I will signing up for your special membership program.
Not a bad place for a quick wash and vacuum, but just make sure they give you what you ask for.
