Burgers are not as big or good as I remember them being a year ago but still one of the best burgers you'll have. The fries are so fresh and amazing. Prices are a bit high.

I was just there this past weekend and I had to have them redo my fries since they were obviously burnt and stuck together. They also had pieces that were from previous orders that had been burnt to a crisp.

Love the burgers... 5 stars. They lose 2 stars for very inconsistent french fries. Sometimes they're greasy, undercooked and soft. For such a limited menu, they should be nailing it every time, but they don't. The portions are generous.

The quality of their food has fallen in recent months. Going back a year or so they would've garnered five-stars without a doubt but they've hired new employees whom I feel don't take the same pride and seriousness in providing quality food in every instance. Maybe youth plays a role in that.

The appeal of five guys has worn off. I find it better to go to some of the alternative burger shops around. Either habit burger or 25 burger provide a similar dining experience without the excess oil.

Grease, grease, and grease.

I hope the manager or owner refocuses on quality since that is one of the qualities that stood them apart from the other fast-food burger joints.

I like their burgers and toppings, the peanuts in the shell, but what brings this over the top are the oversized portions of fries that remind me of fries you get on the boardwalks by the shore. It can be a little more expensive than other fast food places, but the quality is much better. A good place to go for lunch or dinner.

Despite the complaints of grease the cajun fries are still good.
