If there’s one thing that sticks with someone, it’s how you treat them. I will say that the receptionists at this office are so disrespectful and treat you as if you are nothing to them. It’s unfortunate, I was nothing but nice to them, and to be treated like garbage is incredibly dissapointing.
Doctors are patient, kind, and efficient. Highly recommend. I will continue to see these doctors in this office.
I’ve never been particularly impressed with this office however they are close and it’s a hassle to change doctors. After my last experience I need to find somewhere else to go though. The doctors are ok but the lady in the front office had to be the rudest person I have met in any doctors office I have ever been to. I did walk in fifteen minutes before they close a simple we can’t see you would have been fine. The lady practically threw the clipboard at me and was extremely nasty. She was so rude I would not recommend that anyone go here and based on some of the reviews I’ve seen from different sites I would say they need to re-examine their staff. I was extremely polite and there was no reason to be so disrespected. I probably won’t be back.
The one star rating is for the front office staff member, not the doctor herself who I was unable to see due to the front staff receptionist who has no knowledge of scheduling, interaction with patients, consideration for patients time and is completely clueless on office flow of a schedule. She should not be working the front desk at all. The first impression of a practice is the staff before they meet with the doctor. And unfortunately due to the incompetence of the front office receptionist I was unable to do so. I had a scheduled appointment and was told that if I came 1 hour earlier I would be seen I waited for 2 hours before leaving and was told by the same receptionist that the wait was due to a walk in appointment who came 2 minutes before me. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to either practice and neither of my family members who are existing patients at the Freehold practice. I’m expierenced within the medical field and when a patient is treated as if there time and existence is invaluable you need to find another provider who has staff that are knowledgeable enough to know if a patient scheduled an appointment over the phone or on the internet.
Really nice medical assistant and staff. I saw Dr. Odawo she was very nice and professional as well.
