Came here after some dumb kid threw a rock through my window. The lady was friendly and was playing with my baby.
They just replaced the glass in the double pane window. Dropped it off at 11 and picked it up at 1. Fast easy. Nice.
They did my small job just fine.
Rude if they even bother to answer the phone. You would probably be better off with then not answering at all it will save you the stress of someone's attitude there.
I just came back from Suburban. I had a screen to be fixed. I called and got an estimate. I drove over and they fixed it in about 10 minutes while I joked around with the woman the previous reviews are complaining about.
