I purchased a product that said 24.99 on label on shelf. After getting home I realized they charged me 34.99. I returned next day for refund. I was told the online Best Buy price was 24.99, not in-store (even though label on price in store says 24.99) and they can price match the online best buy if you manage to figure out that the online prices are not the same as the in store. I never knew they are actually competitors with one another, so watch out when you buy there. You need to go online and see if it is cheaper. They say price match, but when I showed online price at the Amazon website for a brand new one, they would not price match. And this was on an Insignia product that is exclusively best buy sold. Cheaper, if you buy from other than best buy. Very disappointed with being overcharged in the first place. Disappointed that the price marked on the shelf is not the same I was charged. Disappointed that you can get an Insignia product online cheaper from someone other than best buy themselves. Disappointed they failed to price match the cheaper price. Returned and buying online at Amazon.
I went to pick up a item and they didn't want to give to me my item after I gave them my license and cc I used for the order, because the address on my license did't match the shipping address. I can use a Passport to pick up a item, even though it has no address. I believe the person working there was making up the rules and waisted 40min of my time when she told me to call Best buy to change the address. when they told me they can't change the address. DON'T WAISTE YOUR TIME GO TO ANOTHER STORE
It was a smaller store than where I used to live but I liked that because everyone was friendlier and things were easier to find
Spoke to a guy in the stereo/TV department. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I like that they will match prices and are very easy to do returns with.
When Wal-Mart didn't have what I wanted it wouldn't prove match went to Best Buy and they did both. For a major Chain Store always extremely helpful Sales People and excellent Customer Service
