Hello , very professional company they explained everything and completed job at same time, we had the do electrical work
Everything went well in the beginning going back and forth getting the quote was very fast the only problem is when they came into the resturaunt to do the job they finished and asked for the payment right away which is not a problem. When we explained the boss would not be in until 4 pm which was a few hours away he had a fit, and demanded money for the job even threatening to call the police, and this was all done in front of my customers. Very unprofessional and disappointed and I insisted in the future he make a very clear point to his customers that he will not leave without payment. I then explained how I could have mailed the check even prior to them starting the job.
We used Blue Ribbon for both some indoor and outdoor lighting projects including adding landscape lighting to the front of the house. A competitive estimate was delivered on time, the work was scheduled for the next working day after accepting the proposal. They arrived on time, agreed to a few last minute changes with no problem, completed the work and cleaned and carted away everything. Even the boxes for the light fixtures we purchased. They were professional, pleasant and diligent. I will definitely call them again and recommend them 100%.
