Worst municipality ever.
you have to pay this ticket online, or you CAN'T pay this ticket online, I've even gotten you can't pay this ticket over the phone you HAVE to come in my most recent new news is they only take ticket payments on Tuesday and Thursday. It's almost like they change the rules so you can lapse in payment.
Howell is by far the worst municipality I've ever worked with. They never answer their calls, and not just one line, ANY LINE you call on any day of the week is usually not answered. And if you do get a an answer it's a different story every time, they can't find your ticket and you're going to have to find it or come in, you're going to have to write a letter to the judge(what??? Because YOU can't find my ticket???)
I could almost understand if I had spoken to ANYONE with common decency, but that isn't the case anyone the 10+times I've called, I always talk to bitchy women who must hate their life and absolutely hate being asked any questions and must blatantly just lie all day.
