Owner has a real bad attitude. Im a army vet had some questions about some gear that ive actually used while in the service. He treated me like i was a moron. Funny thing is i knew more about the equipment than he did, just had questions about the age etc. Im a even tempered person. I had to turn around and walkout without making a purchase. Find another store
I'm not a "snowflake" and wasn't treated poorly directly but the overall atmosphere is far from professional and shouldn't be in business. Any positive reviews defending the owner are most likely friends of his because if it was all real customers he would have a 1 star rating. Place should be out of business. Even if they treated customers like actual people everything is still overpriced.
Although I had been to this store once before, I stopped by again this past weekend. Joe certainly is a character, but he is rather helpful. I asked for something he did not have in the store. He offered me shorts in 3 different styles and materials. He then asked me to try them on and he ordered what I needed and told me they would arrive in a few days and he would call me. I cannot ask for more than that! I do think his prices are a bit high, but I can live with that. I would go back since he has items that are hard to find locally. I am giving 4 stars due to the prices, but other than that, awesome!
This place will treat you different if you are a person of color or a democrat I walked in their with my mom and we saw a confederate flag as well as a swatskia. We are not in the south. Go here if you like to support people who are openly racist and have no clue how to treat a customer. I can't believe this store is still open. How are you an army store but you support nazis?
Great place for outdoor work gear. Wide selection of military apparell and memorabilia. Very friendly staff.
