I had no problem getting a service appointment immediately (through Frank), and my service was performed quickly and in a professional manner. Bryan kept in touch with me throughout the day regarding what was needed. At the conclusion, Nicole handled all the paperwork, took my payment over the phone, and I picked up my car with all new rear brakes and an oil change the same day (but after closing, which was more convenient for me). Highly recommended!
Try to scare you into fixing things that don't need fixing.
I went up the road 1/4 mile to Midas and the car is now satisfactory repaired by Midas.
I called on Saturday inquiring about bringing my car in for a noise in the exhaust system. Frank told me to bring in the car at 8:00 AM on Monday morning. I was at Meineke at 8AM Monday and was told there was no exhaust guy there. I told him I called ahead but his only response was "Am I supposed to know the guy wouldn't come in". How can this business operate with just one exhaust guy?
